Care Food Experience and Education Zone introduces basic concepts of Care Food with “Care Food in 4 Steps” - Assessment & Diagnosis, Cooking, Testing, and Nursing & Rehabilitation. The public can learn more about Care Food and Dysphagia (swallowing difficulties) from professionals in different fields. LIVE Cooking demonstration sessions will be held with chefs introducing the cooking techniques and tips for Care Food. Participants can learn the Care Food knowledge and apply it in the community to relieve dysphagia problems.
