"E.D. Project" (Eating in Dignity) was established in 2017. We adopt the soft meal production technology from Japan, which improves the problems of poor appearance and unstable texture of traditional puree foods, and greatly enhances the eating quality and safety of patient with dysphagia. The project team is composed of different professionals, regularly discuss and design new soft meal food, to match with the eating habits and tastes of Hong Kong people to ensure the soft meal is nutritious, delicious, attractive, and safe for our patients. Our project aims to enable the patients with dysphagia to regain the joy and dignity of eating, with more and better meal arrangements for patients and their caregivers.
