E.D. project actively promotes the concept of "Eating in Dignity", equipping patients with dysphagia and their caregivers with knowledge and skills, and aims to facilitate the patients to regain the joy and dignity of eating through high-quality meal arrangements.
Our services include:
- Provide consultative services and deliver educational activities to different services in the community, such as residential care homes and district elderly centers by our professional soft meal consultant and occupational therapist to demonstrate soft meal cooking skills and deliver knowledge about eating and swallowing rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to organize seminars, workshops and promotional activities.
