Starting from the traditional Chinese wisdom, 656 Platform is aimed to provide a one-stop and interactive resource hub to cater the needs of carers and their elderlies. 656 Platform also carried a pioneering chatbot with a live chat system (WhatsApp 6511 6566), providing responsive caregiving advice and resources referral support.
