The project equips an app with a 24-hours online communication platform, which allowing users to seek immediate support from volunteers and staff of the project. Besides, local daily news and resources for carers will be updated on the apps regularly. By the useful information, it is beneficial to the accessibility of resources of carers and hoped to promote better caring quality consequently.
